By creating an account or otherwise using Kynkra ("Kynkra", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kynkra is a compatibility-based matchmaking platform for the kink and BDSM community. We help people find relationships, play partners, mentorship, and friendships based on declared roles, experience, hard limits, and shared interests. Kynkra is not an escort, sex work, or commercial solicitation service, and using it to offer or solicit paid sexual services is prohibited and will result in account termination.

We may review reported content and conversations solely to investigate violations of these Terms, and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate them, at our discretion and without refund of any paid subscription.
You retain ownership of the photos, bio text, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Kynkra a limited license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your public photo in Discover, unlocking private photos after a mutual match, or automatically screening a new profile photo for policy violations before it goes live. You confirm you own or have the right to share everything you upload, and that it doesn't depict anyone who hasn't consented to appear.
Everything you upload or post is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for it — for what you share, who you choose to share it with, and any consequences that follow. Kynkra is not responsible for how another member uses content they were able to view or access (for example, if someone saves or shares a photo after a match) — though doing that still violates Section 4 above and can get the responsible account banned.
Kynkra offers optional email, photo, and ID verification to build trust between members. Verification badges reflect that a check was completed successfully — they are not a background check, and do not guarantee a member's intentions, honesty, or safety.
Kynkra Premium unlocks additional features (such as unlimited likes) for a recurring fee. Premium never changes your compatibility score or your ranking in anyone else's recommendations. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Kynkra does not conduct criminal background checks on members, and verification badges are not a substitute for your own judgment. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, on and off the platform. Always meet new connections in public first, tell a trusted person your plans, and negotiate limits before any scene. Kynkra is not liable for the conduct of any member, online or in person.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or created risk for other members or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Kynkra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kynkra and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages arising from your interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Kynkra after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
