About Kynkra

What this is

Kynkra is a dating and connection platform for people into BDSM and kink, built around one idea: the things that decide whether two people actually fit — roles, hard limits, experience, and what each of you is looking for — should be what the matching runs on, not an afterthought hidden three taps into a profile.

Every recommendation comes with a reason. You can see which parts of two profiles line up and which don't, including where a limit rules something out. A percentage nobody can explain is a horoscope.

Why it exists

Mainstream dating apps treat kink as a keyword. Kink-specific sites tend to be either forums with a dating section bolted on, or hookup boards where the sorting is by who posted most recently. Both leave the same gap: no way to say what you actually need, and no way to be found by the people it would matter to.

The people this was built for are the ones for whom "what are you into" is a real question with a specific answer — including the answers that rule people out. Hard limits are treated as limits here, not as preferences to be negotiated by whoever messages you first.

How matching works

Each profile states its roles, experience level, what it is looking for, and a rated list of kinks — from "essential" through to "hard limit". Compatibility is computed from both sides across several axes, weighted differently depending on whether you are looking for a relationship, a play partner, mentoring, or people to know. A conflict on either side's limits is a stop, not a deduction.

A small number of recommendations each day are additionally read by an AI model, which looks at what two people have written rather than only what they ticked. Those are marked as such, and you can read the reasoning it produced.

Privacy, because it is the whole product

What you are into is the most sensitive kind of personal data there is, and under EU law it is treated as a special category. That shapes how this is built: most of your profile stays hidden until you and someone else both like each other, photos carry their own visibility setting, and our email never names another member or shows their photo — the subject line is the part somebody else can see over your shoulder.

We do not sell data, we do not rent it, and we do not build advertising profiles. The Privacy Policy names every company that touches your data and why.

Where it is run from

Kynkra is built and operated in Hungary, for a European audience, under Hungarian and EU law. Data is stored in the EU. It is currently in a closed beta, which means the member count is small and honest — you will not find an inflated number quoted anywhere on this site.

Safety

Accounts need a confirmed email address and a real photograph before they can browse. Members can additionally verify themselves further, and profiles carry a visible trust standing based on that. Reports are read by a person.

Nothing here replaces meeting carefully. Meet in public first, tell somebody where you are going, and negotiate before you play — the Terms of Use say what we do and do not check.
